En détail

The Régie autonome des transports parisiens (RATP) owns and operates the Île-de-France infrastructure networks (metro, tramway, RER). It is responsible for managing them, ensuring their safety and maintaining them in good condition.

RATP’s priority objectives are as follows:

  • Passenger safety and security
  • Transforming travel times into life time
  • Sustainable and connected transport
  • The regularity of journeys

In addition to daily tickets and passes, RATP has developed a free application called “Next Stop Paris“, available in 10 languages to access tourist information and many services.

As part of the GATE, RATP agents will be present to help you with your Navigo Pass application and also to answer all questions related to mobility in the Ile-de-France region.
