There is a decline in traffic during the quarantine period

During the month of April, there was a decrease in traffic as the metro and RER service is only provided from 6 am to 10 pm (the last departures from the terminals are between 9 pm and 9:30 pm) and 55 stations are closed. Substitution buses and Noctiliens are set up to replace the last evening RER. More information on the site: https://www.ratp.fr/ or on the application.

Refund of tickets

The President of Île-de-France Mobilités and the Île-de-France Region, Valérie Pécresse, presented the Île-de-France Mobilités board of directors with full reimbursement of the Navigo pass to all subscribers, for the month of April. This measure concerns the following subscriptions:

• Monthly and annual Navigo for April

• Senior Navigo

• Imagin’R card,

To get reimbursed, all you need to do is to log in to a dedicated platform, such as the one set up during the period of the strikes. This platform will be online at the end of May, a long delay, but confinement limits the technical resources to set it up.
