Allocations (CAF)
The agents, present in the CAF or in telework, are mobilized to process your files and answer your questions. If you receive benefits, they are insured as usual.
The Government has set up a platform on which volunteers can guide you remotely in the use of the Internet for your procedures on 01 70 772 372 (price of a local call). They are however unable to provide you with information on your Caf file.
CAF advisors recommend that you favor email and online procedures in order to limit your calls to emergency situations.
