Point d’accueil numérique (PAN) : support in applying for a reisdence permit for students and researchers
– for a first residence permit (students and researchers);
– for a renewal of residence permit;
– for a change of status (the appointment for this procedure must be made by the person concerned directly on the sub-prefecture’s website).
During the opening phases of the GATE, students, teacher-researchers and employees in the Paris-Saclay perimeter must contact the referent of their host institution, if necessary, go directly to the GATE premises in Orsay for administrative procedures. Outside these periods we invite you to go directly to the Sub-Prefecture of Palaiseau. (Avenue du Général de Gaulle, 91125 Palaiseau)
