Three essential missions:
- Welcome and support : We welcome, inform and guide all people – whether or not they are already employed – in the search for a job, training, professional advice, assistance with mobility or social and professional integration.
- Prospect and connect : As an expert in the labour market, Pôle emploi monitors its development as closely as possible, it collects company offers, advises them on their recruitment and puts them in contact with applicants.
- Indemnify : We compensate the beneficiaries on behalf of the body managing the unemployment insurance scheme and on behalf of the State.
