How are the supports that you are able to benefit in times of health crisis organized?

Health coverage (CPAM)

If you wish to contact Health Insurance [Assurance Maladie], it is now advisable to favor online services and use your personal account on www.ameli.fr

Until the containment measures are waived, the physical reception points will be closed.

Please note, it is no longer possible to request an appointment online, but the Health Insurance [Assurance Maladie] services may call you to respond to an e-mail, to assist you in your requests and to deal with the most urgent questions.
Health Insurance [Assurance Maladie] has taken all measures, both in terms of staff and IT, to guarantee continuity of their services the best way possible, in particular for reimbursement of care and payment of benefits (daily allowances, annuities or pensions ‘disability…).

Allocations (CAF)

The agents, present in the CAF or in telework, are mobilized to process your files and answer your questions. If you receive benefits, they are insured as usual.
The Government has set up a platform on which volunteers can guide you remotely in the use of the Internet for your procedures on 01 70 772 372 (price of a local call). They are however unable to provide you with information on your Caf file.
CAF advisors recommend that you favor email and online procedures in order to limit your calls to emergency situations.

You are in partial activity

Partial activity (or partial unemployment) is a device that keeps employees in employment.
As an employee, you receive an hourly allowance, paid by your employer, equal to 70% of your gross hourly wage (approximately 84% of the hourly net salary).
This is the company that requests partial activity from DIRECCTE.

In these difficult times, Pôle Emploi advisors are available by telephone on 39 49 and by email via your personal space on pole-emploi.fr and the « My space [Mon espace – Pôle emploi] » app. You can do all your online procedures directly there (updating, sending documents, etc.).
